I’m Phina, a Registered Dental Hygienist, Medical Esthetician, educator, and medspa owner. My work sits at the intersection of oral health, skincare, and holistic beauty, and everything I do is rooted in one simple belief:

Who I am
My journey started in clinical practice, helping patients build healthier smiles and better oral hygiene habits. Over time, my passion expanded into skincare and medical aesthetics. This led me to earn additional training, open a medspa, and teach in both dental hygiene and esthetic colleges.
Teaching helped shape my approach. It taught me how powerful education is, and how confidence grows the moment people understand why their skin, their smile, and their overall health matter.
Today, I use all of that experience to create content, training, and guidance that’s simple, realistic, and backed by years of hands-on expertise.
